Prior to booking
Each location we operate in has its own rules. At the point of booking for your chosen location, please take care to study the location map, denoting the boundaries of permitted paddling/kayaking. The induction video showing the correct use of equipment must be watched, and all paddlers must be competent swimmers

During booking
We offer 1 hour, 2 hour and 4 hour slots. Ensure the whole party is comfortable with the amount of time on the water. The leash must be attached when using a SUP, and the provided buoyancy aid must be worn for the duration of the rental

On the water
The app will give you a code to unlock your rental equipment at the correct time. Inspect it carefully and report any damage immediately. Use the locker to store anything you don't want to take onto the water, and the complimentary dry bag can be used for your phone. Should anything happen to the equipment, please report this on your return
